Stephenson Point's location near Departure Bay This is a hillside neighbourhood overlooking Newcastle Island, Departure Bay, and the bigger waters of the Salish Sea.
Many of the homes in Stephenson Point are luxurious, some with elaborate rockwork steps or ramps leading down to the street or to the rocky beach. However, there are also some older homes in the area.
Stephenson Point is a 5-8 minute drive from the Departure Bay ferry terminal, a 10-13 minute drive from Downtown, and 9-12 minutes from Woodgrove Mall.
