Vancouver Island Real Estate Board
The Vancouver Island Real Estate Board is a non-profit organization that serves all of Vancouver Island north of the Malahat. Respected throughout Canada and keeping well abreast of the Vancouver Island real estate explosion, the VIREB has aided in the planning of Van-Isle real estate development since the Board's formation in the early 1950's.
The VIREB is carefully linked to the national and provincial tiers, the Canadian Real Estate Association (CREA) and the British Columbia Real Estate Association (BCREA). Furthermore, the entire network keeps well connected with the United States' National Association of REALTORS (NAR). These liasons only help to regulate and streamline the real estate industry's activities.
