Additional Notes: Built in 2015, this 5-storey building is right behind Gina's Mexican Cafe. It has some of the best mountain, city and ocean views available in Nanaimo. These units were built to a high standard and offer large spaces with high ceilings, and everyone has a great deck to enjoy the big views. The upper units have their own rooftop patios.
The strata allows for one cat or one small dog (22 lbs), and there are no restrictions on rentals. In fact, there are 4 one-bedroom units on the ground floor which are owned by the strata as common property, creating an offset against the owners' strata fee payments.
