There are eight manufactured home parks between Chase River and Ladysmith – there are 3 in Cedar, 1 is up Spruston Road near the River, and 4 more parks are in Cassidy, near the Nanaimo Airport. Cassidy

(55+) 1572 Seabird Rd near the airport. Pets allowed with approval. Has a clubhouse.

Cedar Meadow

1385 MacMillan Rd beside Duke Point Highway. Lease on FN land. Family friendly, pets allowed.

Cedar Ridge

(55+) 2161 Walsh Rd. Close to Cedar Skate Park and Cedar Secondary School. No pets allowed.

Forest Glade

Up Spruston Rd near Nanaimo River. Family friendly, 2 small pets allowed.

Rondalyn Resort

1350 Timberlands Rd, backs onto Haslam Creek near the suspension bridge. Mix of permanent/seasonal. Low-key resort amenities. Two pets allowed.

Seabird

3449 Hallberg Rd. Very close to Cassidy and Timberlands MHPs. Dogs up to 35lbs allowed (no aggressive breeds). New management 2022.

Timberlands

3560 Hallberg Rd. Two small(?) pets allowed. Half the park (off Timberlands Rd) is 55+ whereas the section accessed from Hallberg Rd is not.

Zuiderzee

2575 Enefer Rd. Located in a beautiful rural location on Quennell Lake deep in Cedar. No pets allowed. Mix of permanent/seasonal residents.
