The location is very interesting - it's in the South End, just a couple blocks from downtown, directly adjacent to the waterfront railyards. This area is expected to develop significantly in the coming years - it's already begun two blocks away on Haliburton St, and the City plans to extend the harbourfront walkway system, which would further open this area and add value.
