Additional Notes: The location is at the upper southwest corner of Harewood, at the very top of Howard Ave and 9th St. The site is very close to the Parkway (about 60-100m away from it) but there is a thick band of forested parkland between the homes and the Parkway.
The location is great because it's mere blocks from a little mall that includes Quality Foods, a great beer store, and a Co-op gas station. There are also an elementary school and a secondary school just 1200m away from Southbend.
