Additional Notes: These five 1960s low-rises are right between Bowen Park and Buttertubs Marsh, a few blocks from the university. Heat comes from (updated) boilers, providing radiant heat in the units. Laundry rooms (shared) are on the lower floors. These affordable condos have benefited from the transition in recent decades to a more student/professional population in the buildings.

This is a very central location close to VIU, downtown, bus routes, and lots of parks. The university is less than 3km by car or by the #40 bus (a 5 minute ride).
