Bowen Terraces - More Info

This is a very central location close to VIU, downtown, bus routes, and lots of parks. The university is less than 3km by car or by the #40 bus (a 5 minute ride). There is also a more picturesque route to VIU for those walking or biking, which is 2.32km and goes through a couple parks. (See this satellite view of the routes.)

Downtown is a 17 minute walk away, the university is about 12 minutes' walk, and the bus stops directly adjacent to the complex service all directions regularly. International students love the large ball field across the street, as well as Bowen Park trails, proximity to shopping, Ice Centre, Aquatic Centre, hospital area, pubs and Buttertubs Marsh.
