Additional Notes: This subdivision of 70 townhomes is next to the Mostar Rd exit at the Nanaimo Parkway. They are mostly duplex-style townhomes with walkout basements, and patio homes (single level townhomes).

All the homes have garages and driveways. There are 4 different sizes of home to choose from, with 2-bed options and 3(4)-bed options as well. High ceilings, gas hot water tanks, heat pumps, and open kitchens offer higher-end living.

The neighbourhood takes the form of a single street with a turnaround at the end, perched above the Nanaimo Parkway with great views of Mt Benson - or - the homes on the back (north) side of the development back onto greenspace.
