While most of the manufactured home parks in the mid-Island are 55+, we also have more than a dozen parks where age is not restricted.

Note about STRATA PARKS: The listings that have "Melrose", "Lake", "Errington Rd", or "2323 Arbot" in their address are in STRATA mobile home parks. This is arguably the best ownership type, because you own your little piece of land. Monthly fees are usually lower, and the funds are used for common goals and infrastructure, not for a landlord's rental income.
