Hawthorne, University District
Hawthorne is an attractive neighbourhood just west of downtown Nanaimo, a couple blocks north of VIU. Jump to listings.
It's comprised mainly of mid-2000s single family homes (about 140), plus "Hawthorne Corner", a set of townhomes and lofts on the corner of Wakesiah Ave and Jinglepot Rd.
